Our unique offsite training facility teaches our butlers, guides and food and beverage team how to serve our specific and niche group of clientèle.  Learning in a safe space where mistakes are a welcome part of learning and in an environment where we can openly discuss cultural adaptions in our work yield only world-class results.  After completing our voluntary skills program, most of our students will go on to work in full-time positions at partner hotel company’s private clubs in Malta.  If you are ready to spread your wings further, you will leave us fully prepared to deal with the world’s most demanding clientele.  We teach our staff to serve from the heart by learning how to use their innate instincts as humans to serve others, discreetly, gracefully and with charm.
